Laing O'Rourke Centre for Construction Engineering and Technology

 

Laing O'Rourke Centre's Director Professor Campbell Middleton was one of the keynote speakers of the 11th Austroads Bridge Conference held in Adelaide, Australia, from 15 to 18 November 2022. More than 400 delegates from Australia and New Zealand gathered to share their knowledge and experience from a diverse audience comprising bridge practitioners, material scientists, and structural engineers.

The conference was presented by Austroads and the Department for Infrastructure and Transport South Australia. The event featured high-calibre international and national speakers and offered a premier interdisciplinary platform for bridge practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends and practical challenges.
