We are seeking ambitious professionals who are driven to make a positive impact on the industry and bring appropriate academic credentials along with experience in the construction industry.
This programme is for you if:
• you are committed to catalysing industry transformation.
• you have a 2:1 Honours degree* from a UK institution or the overseas equivalent in a relevant discipline and a high standard of academic writing.
• you have significant experience working in the construction industry.
• you have English language proficiency*.
*If you have alternative qualifications and experience, please contact the CEM Senior Programme Coordinator for advice.
* Fluency in English and a high standard of academic writing is a pre-requisite for our programme. If your first language is not English, or you are a national of a country where English is one of several official languages, you will be asked to take a language proficiency test to show you have the necessary command of the language to get the most out of the programme (check requirements here). Applicants should be able to demonstrate proficiency in English to the following standards:
- IELTS Academic: Overall band score of 7.5 (with a minimum of 7.0 in each individual component)
- TOEFL Internet: Overall score of 110 (a minimum of 25 in each individual component)
- C1 Advanced (formerly known as Cambridge English: Advanced): Grade A
- C2 Proficiency (formerly known as Cambridge English: Proficiency): Grade A, B, or C
If you are made a conditional offer and have not already met our English language requirements, one of the conditions of admission will be that you pass a test at the correct level. Please note that sometimes there can be long waiting times to take a language test, so you should make arrangements to take a test as soon as possible.
