Zhiqi Hu is a PhD student supervised by Dr Ioannis Brilakis and advised by Dr Sam Stanier. Zhiqi is a member of Churchill College. Her research aims at updating model geometry from registered point cloud and image datasets. Her research project is performed in the framework of CBIM, funded by the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA).
Zhiqi holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Zhejiang University and a Master's degree in Intelligent Building from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where she was awarded Outstanding Student Award, Engineering Entrance scholarship, and Engineering Excellent Student Scholarship. She has working experience in IT company, Venture Capital, and Real Estate company.
