The scope of the role:

  • Our EA will support the Centre Director, Centre Deputy Director and Centre Manager and, from time to time, other Centre academics.

  • Providing full secretarial support that includes diary management; tracking workflow to ensure timely follow-up of tasks; making travel arrangements; preparing documentation; managing expense claims and drafting emails

  • Liaison with industry and research partners to set up and arrange meetings and larger-scale events

  • Providing full secretarial support to various Committees and Boards

  • Supporting the Centre's recruitment and HR administration processes

  • Undertaking ad hoc projects
