One of our research projects in partnership with Laing O’Rourke has been featured in the New Civil Engineer in 10 Ways to Digitise the Construction Sector: No. 1 BIM for Bridges.
The project, a collaboration between Laing O’Rourke, Tony Gee & Partners and the Laing O’Rourke Centre is supported by Innovate UK, which is funding collaborative research initiatives that aim to digitise the construction process. The project’s aim is to streamline and optimise the design, manufacture and assembly of bridges in order to boost efficiency whilst delivering time and cost savings.
