To celebrate International Women in Engineering Day, we asked Rachel Blair Winkler and Rebecca Bleeze, women engineers and current Construction Engineering Masters (CEM) students, to share their incredible work and some enlightening stories about their career paths in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
