Construction Engineering Masters - Fees and funding

Course Fees for 2022 Entry

Students become full members of Queens’ College, and the College provides accommodation and pastoral support for the residential weeks.

The fees for the two-year CEM programme include University tuition fees, Queens' College membership fees and accommodation costs:

University & College Fees

Accommodation* and 4 formal meals
(based on an average of £250 per residential week)

Programme total
(for the entire two years, including £65 admin fee.)

*Please note accommodation rates are set independently by Queens' College.

These fees are payable in two equal instalments and must be paid according to the following schedule:

  • Instalment one – in advance of the September 2022 residential week
  • Instalment two – on receipt of notification in September 2023 that the student has passed the first year of the course and may proceed to year two of the course

The same fees apply for Home/EU and overseas students.

Students will be expected to cover the application fee (£65 online), and the costs of accommodation and subsistence during residential sessions in Cambridge. These costs are estimated at £250 for each of the seven residential weeks.

Most of our students obtain full or partial funding from their employer. Where this is not possible, bursaries may be available for a proportion of the tuition fee. Please contact the Centre Manager for more information.

You may also wish to explore sources of government funding and financial support, including professional and career development loans.
