Construction Engineering Masters - Application details

Admission requirements

  1. A minimum of five years' professional experience is required in a construction or infrastructure-related field.
  2. Educated to a degree-level (Applicants for this course will normally have achieved a UK 2.1 honours degree, or overseas equivalent, in a discipline associated with infrastructure development.)

If you have alternative experience or qualifications you should contact the Centre Manager for advice.

  3. Applicants should be able to demonstrate proficiency in English to the following standards:

  • IELTS Academic: Overall band score of 7.5 (with a minimum of 7.0 in each individual component)
  • TOEFL Internet: Overall score of 110 (a minimum of 25 in each individual component)
  • CAE: Grade A
  • CPE: Grade A, B, or C

Application Process

Applications for 2021 entry are open.

All applications are considered together immediately after the closing date, with interviews taking place in May and conditional offers made from late June. If your application is non-standard it may take longer to process.

UK applicants will be interviewed in person and applicants living overseas will be interviewed via a video call.
