11th Annual Construction Engineering Masters (CEM) Dissertation Conference

Keynote speaker: Professor Lord Robert Mair CBE, FRS, FICE, FREng
This event is a unique opportunity to learn about new research outcomes that tackle construction industry challenges. You will hear about insightful evidence-based research completed by mid-career professionals and future leaders as part of their CEM dissertations on a range of key issues facing the construction industry.
Some of the topics include:
• How must we adapt to the changing skills needs of the industry?
• How can we accelerate our efforts to decarbonise infrastructure?
• How can we break down barriers to improve project performance and individual wellbeing?
In addition to the presentations, the event will offer plenty of opportunities for networking between CEM alumni, current students, leading industry guests and academics.
Registration on the day will be from 09:00 for a 09:30 start. Presentations will finish by 15:20 followed by a further opportunity for networking over drinks and nibbles.
