Professor Campbell Middleton, Director of the Cambridge Laing O’Rourke Centre and Laing O'Rourke Professor of Construction Engineering at the University of Cambridge, has been named the winner of the Outstanding Contribution to the Industry Award at this year’s NCE Bridges Awards.
