Laing O'Rourke Centre for Construction Engineering and Technology

One of the Centre's Construction Engineering Masters students, Rico Salas, has recently had one of his research papers, originally produced as an essay for the course, accepted by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) E&P HSSE Conference for presentation and proceeding publication.

We would like to congratulate Rico on this achievement and look forward to his presentation 'Managing Risks at the Early Phases of Oil and Gas Major Capital Projects' on Day 1 (16th March 2015, Monday) Session 9 (Plan, Implement, Assess: Lifecycle Elements of Process Safety).
