Last week we welcomed the Cohort 5 of the Construction Engineering Masters (CEM)*.

Young professionals from leading construction companies attended presentations and workshops run by industry, government and academic experts. Lectures and interactive group sessions covered key course themes such as finance, planning, procurement, technological innovation and legal issues.

Notable speakers included Peter Hansford, UK Chief Construction Adviser, Prof. David Balmforth, President of ICE and former MP Nick Raynsford.
